- Access to your grill—No one needs to be home as long as we can reach the grill without going through the house.
- A nearby outlet—We need access to a working electrical outlet for our steam cleaner. We have extension cords, but the outlet should be on the same side of the house as the grill.
- Allergy information—Please let us know if anyone in the household has allergies to avocado oil (what we use for seasoning) or citrus (our cleaner base).
A heads up: Our steam cleaner takes time to heat up, and we like to take a look at the grill and snap a "before" picture right away. This way, if you come out to meet us, we're ready with any questions or clarification. We're not shy—feel free to come out anytime, even to watch the whole process if you want to learn how we do what we do. Fair warning: You might learn more about your grill than you ever wanted to know.
